My Story
I've always wanted to be a doctor since I was a child. I chose to follow that desire by attending college and earning a degree in communication with a minor in biology. I know however that may seem strange to others but I chose a major that best fit me while still completing my prerequisites for med school. I had the opportunity to work as a scribe and shadow a few physicians, which reaffirmed my main passion, but I inevitably struggled with the prerequisite classes during my initial years. I quickly got over it and learned how to maneuver throughout college. Consequently, I will have to pursue a master's degree to compensate for my prior errors.
You are not alone if you are suffering on this journey! The premed process isn't easy, and I'm here to assist you to overcome low GPAs and share what I've learned along the route to better prepare you for med school. This has been a difficult path for me, but I still remain optimistic and will continue to share all of my previous mistakes I’ve made. I hope to motivate you to not give up no matter your background or circumstances and pursue the life you've always dreamed of.
