We all know the feeling—endless assignments, exams, and the dreaded school stress. But what about those glorious moments when you're NOT drowning in textbooks and deadlines? It's time to unwind, de-stress, and pamper yourself like the royalty you are. Here are my absolute favorite ways to relax and recharge when I'm not stressing about school. Spoiler alert: this list is packed with self-care goodness!

1. Face Mask Time

Nothing screams "me-time" louder than slathering on a luxurious face mask. Whether it's a hydrating sheet mask or a clay mask that makes you look like a swamp monster, it's all about the vibes. I love kicking back with a mask on and pretending I'm at a fancy spa (bonus points if you do this while wearing an eye mask and icing your face—talk about next-level chill!).

2. Eye Mask & Ice Rolling

Speaking of eye masks and icing, there's nothing like the combo to make you feel instantly refreshed. Pop that eye mask in the fridge for a bit, then let it work its magic while you gently ice your face. It's like giving yourself a mini facial, and trust me, your skin will thank you. It definitely thanked me.😉

3. Silent Serenity

Sometimes, the best way to unwind is to sit in complete silence. No distractions, no noise, just you and your thoughts (or lack thereof). It's the perfect way to clear your mind and find a bit of peace in the chaos of everyday life.

4. Quiet Reflection

Okay, okay, don't boo me! Meditation might seem boring, but it's actually super powerful. Just a few minutes of mindful breathing can do wonders for your stress levels. Plus, you get to brag about your zen-like state to everyone later. I use the Calm app..and no this is not sponsored, I wish!

5. Tame That Mane

Your hair deserves some love too! I love doing a deep conditioning hair mask routine—it's like a spa day for your locks. Slather on your favorite hair mask, wrap your hair in a towel, and let the magic happen. By the time you're done, your hair will be softer than a kitten's belly.

6. Nail Time

Doing your nails is the ultimate chill activity. Pick your favorite color (or go wild with some nail art), put on a feel-good movie, and get to work. It's fun, relaxing, and you'll end up with a fresh mani to show off.

7. Retail Therapy

Sometimes, you just need to treat yourself. A little shopping trip can be the perfect way to de-stress. Whether it's online or in-store, there's something so satisfying about finding that perfect item you've been looking for.

8. Adventure "Friend" Time

Hanging out with friends is the best medicine for stress. Whether you're grabbing coffee, going for a walk, or just chilling at home, good company is everything. Laugh, chat, and enjoy the moment!

9. Bookworm Nerd

Nothing beats getting lost in a good book. Pick up that novel you've been dying to read, find a comfy spot, and dive into another world. It's the perfect escape from reality.

10. You're such a Gym Rat

Okay, hear me out—the gym is actually a good way to de-stress! Whether you're into lifting weights, hitting the treadmill, or trying out a new fitness class, getting your body moving can work wonders for your mood. Plus, those post-workout endorphins? Pure magic. You'll leave feeling accomplished and ready to tackle anything. Also, babe get that Grab a friend and get to work get that summer body if you know what I mean.

So there you have it my ultimate de-stress guide for those blissful moments when school isn't taking over your life. Remember, taking time for yourself isn't just important it's essential. Now go forth, relax, and pamper yourself babe!
